The guided tour of the exhibition MILANO OVER covid 19 urban landscapes will present Alberto Lagomaggiore’s photographs shot during a photographic campaign, proposed by a Milanese publisher, on the iconic places of Milan during the lock-down. The artist uneasily walks through spaces that have become similar to theater wings, but without actors and audience. The photos of Milan OVER are born like this: the slow progress of the monorail view camera, the patiently constructed framing, the fine-tuning of the exposure and focus necessary for the success of the shot and the subtle unachievable desire to leave those deserted places.
