Fanta-MLN is pleased to present “the hearing eye and the speaking ear”, Margherita Raso’s second exhibition at the gallery. By stressing the limits of specific techniques, the artist challenges the notion of the artwork as a fixed entity questioning what happens when things change skins, how information travels, and what is left or born anew when it does. The artist’s works exist in a tension between visibility and concealment, appearances and omissions, exploring the temporal and spatial relationship with history, its traditions, raptures and contemporary perceptions.
