Jacques Pion's photographic project INTIMUS debuts in Italy from April 5, 2024, with a valuable publication published by DATZ Books and a temporary exhibition, curated by Mariateresa Cerretelli and created in the cloister of The Mill, Via Cappuccio 7, Milan. INTIMUS kicks off from Jacques Pion's time spent exploring the scenery of the Melogno beech forest (Liguria). The soul and essence of the forest are the protagonists of the selection of 44 images the photographer makes that see the forest unveiled under his gaze. Portrayed at different times of day and during different phases of its life, the beech forest is revealed in all its magnificence through a careful use of the camera, in an introspective and meditative journey.
